Violated

So, my car was broken into Monday night.

What a strange and enraging feeling

to know that someone else has been in and through your car.

I don't generally leave valuables in my car,

but this particular night

I left my nice black suit jacket in the car

so I could get it dry cleaned the next day.

Oh, also, 14 of the 18 fleece jackets

that I had just ordered for the management team

at work were in there.

They just took the whole box.

I feel violated.

I'm not complaining.

10 Hour Work Day

This week has been nuts!

And I feel like all my work will be in vain.

I've got the building filled, but will arrive on Monday with 8 people gone.

That's what you get for having a short-term wing.

Rehab, stop doing such a good job!
