Another Honey recipe is a Success!!
Honey-Coated Fish with Soy Sauce
Serves 4
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasame oil
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
4 8-ounce fillets of your favorite white fish
Preheat over to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the fish and mix well.
Arrange fish in a roasting pan, pour over the sauce, and cook for 15 minutes, or until meat can be flaked with a fork. Serve immediately.
Just beware...the white pepper gives it a real kick! Be gentle.
The great thing is that once you get it all in the oven, 15 minutes is the perfect amount for cleaning up and posting the recipe on your blog.
YUM!
I don't usually cook fish, but that sounds real good!
