Morning Goodness

Check out all the raw nutrients I've had already today! I put each ingredient in the blender with my own hands. No potions or powders included!

Blackberries (from my parent's this summer), Banana, Almond milk, Romaine, Flax seeds, and Cinnamon. Voila!!

Full of protein, fiber, antioxidants, and love. Now I just need to pay attention to drinking lots of water.
